Our professional experience includes services for project owners (purchasers of properties), property administrators, estate agencies and homeowners’ associations, including the following:

  • Advisory services regarding the purchase of land for a new rail terminal in the Mazowieckie Province, which included the assignment of all administrative decisions and design plans and specifications;

  • Comprehensive legal support for a project owner’s sale of a Kraków residential estate of more than 500 units in five buildings, which included preparation of off-plan sale contracts, preliminary contracts for sale, title transfer contracts;

  • Support in the commercialisation of an A-class office building with a total leasable area of 12,000 m² in Wrocław, which included the drafting of sample lease documentation;

  • The audit of off-plan sale contracts for abusive consumer clauses;

  • The review of contracts of lease of warehousing space performed for a manufacturer of construction materials;

  • Advice provided to a claimant who made claims against an insurer under a common areas policy issued for a multi-site project.
